Camp:TECH!: Introduction

slip and slideCamp: TECH! is produced by the Organization for Educational Technology and Curriculum (OETC), a non-profit organization based in Oregon. OETC's mission is helping school districts, colleges, and universities integrate technology in the classroom. OETC was initially founded by the school districts of Oregon, and will be celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2008. For more information about OETC, go to www.oetc.org.

Camp:TECH! combines the expertise of OETC, its member school districts, and OETC’s technology vendors. OETC has close relationships with over 80 technology vendors, ranging from Microsoft to Adobe to Cisco. The camp also gives middle-school students a chance to interact directly with cutting-edge technologies from OETC's partners.

Resident campers will experience a college campus at Corban College, stay in the dorms, get extra computer time, and have nightly activities. Day campers will attend the same great courses and participate in afternoon activities. Campers attending either camp will leave will new technology skills, great memories, and new friends from across the Northwest.
