Day Camp Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times & Options

Day Camp start and end times are the same at all locations. Classes begin
at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Parents or designated relatives may drop
off and sign in their students anytime between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. without
paying any extra fees. Early Drop-Off runs between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m.

Parents can also pick up their camper anytime between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m.
Late Pick-Up runs between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. If a camper is not picked up
by 6:00 p.m., parents will be charged $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m.
OETC and Camp:TECH! will have a Day Camp Director on duty at all times
between 7:25 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day, and phone numbers will be
available for parents to contact the director should their camper be late
to class, need to be picked up before class ends, or need to stay later
than expected.


Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up Fees
Parents may sign up for pre-paid Early Drop-Off and/or Late Pick-Up.
Pre-paid fees are $5.00 per session and parents can also opt to sign up
for Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up on the day of, however, it will be a
$8.00 at that time.

Once a camper is registered, parents will receive a map of each campus
that designates the drop-off and pick-up location in the mail in the
camper's packet.


Meals
Campers who attend courses held at the OGI campus in Hillsboro as well as
the Corban College campus have lunch provided at Anne's Deli at OGI or the cafeteria at Corban College.
Resident campers at the Corban College courses will eat breakfast and dinner in the Corban College cafeteria
Snacks are also provided by the Camp:TECH! staff each day during the
morning break. The meals provided at Corban College change each day, and
there is always a variety of options such as tacos, pasta, sandwiches,
salads, and hamburgers.


Special Needs Students
Camp:TECH! courses are taught by Oregon State certified teachers who are
experienced in working with students with special needs. We encourage and
welcome students of all levels of skill and ability, and any students who
may need a little extra attention or have special requirements. When
parents register their camper online, please indicate in the section
provided if your camper has any specific needs.
